What you'll do: We'll master the traditional bamboo whisk, sift ceremonial-grade matcha, and craft your choice of iced matcha layered with real fruit purees (strawberry, blueberry, or mango) or floral honeys (osmanthus or manuka).
What you'll take home: Your custom-crafted iced matcha creation, a printed step-by-step whisking cheat sheet, and the confidence to brew at home.
